Argomento: STRATEGY AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Innovation and entrepreneurship are often considered purely creative processes based on intuition. Leveraging the acquisition of cognitive science, behavioral strategy and computer science, and with a series of filed experiments around the world, we have developed and tested a scientific approach to innovation management and entrepreneurship which improves decision making under uncertainty, reducing false positives, optimizing pivoting and increasing performance.

Arnaldo Camuffo is Full Professor of Human Resources Management at Bocconi University and at SDA Bocconi School of Management and Executive Director of the ION Management Science Lab at SDA Bocconi.
